1. Who you're dealing with

Clowder is run by me, Mikhail Zadvornov, a sole proprietor in Québec. When these terms say “I” or “Clowder”, that's me. “You” means the breeder signing up.

2. What the setup covers

The setup fee is a one-time payment, in Canadian dollars, at the amount shown at checkout: $300 during the Drummondville launch special (October 3–4, 2026), $500 after that. It covers:

• ✦a setup session with me, in person or by phone or video call, at a time we pick together;
• ✦entering your cats, litters, kittens, health tests and photos with you, so your site is complete on day one;
• ✦your cattery's website, designed around your cattery, in English and French;
• ✦connecting your own domain name;
• ✦showing you how to add a kitten or an update from your phone.

3. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your site, tell me within 30 days after it goes live and I'll refund the full setup fee. No forms and no arguments. If I can't get your site live at all, you get the setup fee back too.

4. The monthly fee

• ✦$40 a month, in Canadian dollars, charged to your card by Stripe.
• ✦Your first month is free. It starts the day you pay, and the first $40 charge comes 30 days later. If your setup is delayed on my side, I push that first charge back.
• ✦Your $40 is locked for life. As long as your subscription stays active, your price never goes up, even when the price rises for new customers.
• ✦If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price in effect at that time.

The monthly fee covers hosting your site, the Clowder app, fixes and improvements, and help from me when you need it.

5. Cancelling

• ✦You can cancel anytime. There's no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• ✦To cancel, email mikhail@clowder.app(or call or text). I'll confirm by email, and you won't be charged again.
• ✦Your site stays online until the end of the month you've already paid for. Months already charged aren't refunded.
• ✦The setup fee is refundable only during the 30-day guarantee above.
• ✦When you leave, I'll send you a copy of your cats, pedigrees, health records and photos if you ask.

6. Your domain and your data belong to you

• ✦Your domain name is registered in your name. It's yours whether you stay with Clowder or not, and you can point it anywhere you like.
• ✦Your cats, pedigrees, health records, photos and text are yours. I don't sell them, and I only use them to run your site.
• ✦I won't use your photos or your cattery in Clowder's own marketing without asking you first.

7. Your part

• ✦What you publish should be accurate and yours to share, photos included.
• ✦Keep your login to yourself.

8. Changes to these terms

If I change these terms, I'll email you before the change applies to you. No change can raise your locked $40.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
