Privacy policy
Z-COON Maine Coon ("we", "our") is a small family cattery in Quebec. This page explains, in plain words, what we do with the information you share with us through this website.
What we collect
When you send us an inquiry, we collect what you write in the form: your name, your email address, optionally your phone number, the litter or kitten you're interested in, and your message.
We do not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party cookies. The site stores one small preference locally in your browser: your chosen language (English or French).
How we use it
Only to talk to you about the kitten or litter you asked about. That's the entire purpose.
Who sees it
Inquiries are delivered to our admin inbox through the platform that hosts this site. We use Resend to send email and Supabase to store our cattery data. Both are bound by their own privacy policies, and we share data with them only to run the site.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we never will.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept while the kitten or litter is active, plus a couple of years afterward in case you contact us again or your kitten needs follow-up. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25 and applicable Canadian law, you can ask us at any time to:
- see what we have about you
- correct anything that’s wrong
- delete it entirely

Cookies
We don't set tracking cookies. The site uses a single localStorage key to remember which language you picked. You can clear it any time from your browser settings.
Changes to this policy
If we update this page, the date at the top changes. Material changes are also mentioned on the homepage for at least 30 days.
